James O'Toole, Trader & Portfolio Analyst

James serves as Trader & Portfolio Analyst for Chautauqua Capital Management. Prior to joining Chautauqua in May 2022, he was head of operations and trade order execution at EII Capital Management, a boutique investment advisory firm in New York City. In these roles, James managed all operations and trading activities for EII’s comingled, mutual, and UCITS funds, and separately managed accounts. Prior to EII Capital Management, James was a senior pension account manager at the Bank of New York, where he was responsible for the administration and maintenance of various pension and 401(k) accounts. James earned his bachelor's and master’s degrees in economics from Fordham University.
