J. McLaughlin, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager

Randy, the chief architect of Specialized Asset Management, has 34 years of investment experience and has been with Baird Equity Asset Management since 1996. He is a Portfolio Manager on the Specialized Asset Management team where he manages portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients and guides the team’s investment philosophy and portfolio strategy. Randy received a BA in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1999.
