Max Mann, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager

Max has 18 years of investment experience and has been with Baird Equity Asset Management since 2016. He is a Portfolio Manager on the Specialized Asset Management team where he manages portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Max is known for his thoughtful investment approach and ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions while keeping their long-term goals in focus. Prior to joining Equity Asset Management, he spent seven years in Baird’s Institutional Equities and Research department. Max received a BA in economics from Northwestern University and was a member of the varsity baseball team. Max currently serves as Board Chair for Secure Futures. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designations in 2012, and in 2025, he completed the Certified Private Wealth Advisor^® (CPWA^®) certification to further deepen his expertise in serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
