Micah Dykema, Vice President , Research Analyst

Micah has four years of industry experience and joined Baird Equity Asset Management in 2022 as a Research Analyst on the Specialized Asset Management team. He covers the Healthcare and Materials sectors, contributing to fundamental research, security analysis, and portfolio positioning across SAM portfolios. Micah earned a BBA in finance and a Certificate in Investment Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and in 2024, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
