Michael Possley, Managing Director, Client Services

Mike has 25 years of experience working with institutional and intermediary clients. He focuses on developing and servicing relationships with institutional clients, consultants and RIAs. Mike obtained his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago.  He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2021 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. Prior to joining Baird Advisors, Mike was a Managing Director at Wilshire Associates where he oversaw the business development effort for the Funds Management group. He began his career at Morningstar/Ibbotson Associates where he represented the firm’s asset allocation consulting services and analytical software to the institutional and advisor community.
